Looking for a tasty breakfast, lunch, or snack idea? This easy Healthy Banana Split recipe is a family-friendly hit. Packed with berries, granola, almond slices, and cottage cheese (sorry, no ice cream), it's a healthy and delicious alternative to the traditional dessert.
INGREDIENTS
Serving Size- 1 Banana Split
1 banana (cut lengthwise)
1/2 cup cottage cheese
A handful of berries (I used blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries)
1 tablespoon (give or take) of granola
1 tablespoon (give or take) of sliced almonds
Note: Instead of cottage cheese, you can use Greek yogurt.
DIRECTIONS
Slice the banana lengthwise and arrange it on a plate.
Top with 1/2 cup cottage cheese.
Sprinkle on berries, granola, and almonds.
Enjoy!
