Looking for a tasty breakfast, lunch, or snack idea? This easy Healthy Banana Split recipe is a family-friendly hit. Packed with berries, granola, almond slices, and cottage cheese (sorry, no ice cream), it's a healthy and delicious alternative to the traditional dessert.




INGREDIENTS

Serving Size- 1 Banana Split

  • 1 banana (cut lengthwise)

  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese

  • A handful of berries (I used blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries)

  • 1 tablespoon (give or take) of granola

  • 1 tablespoon (give or take) of sliced almonds

Note: Instead of cottage cheese, you can use Greek yogurt.


DIRECTIONS

  1. Slice the banana lengthwise and arrange it on a plate.

  2. Top with 1/2 cup cottage cheese.

  3. Sprinkle on berries, granola, and almonds.

  4. Enjoy!
